Overview & Experience
Troy grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and moved to Louisiana in 2022. He received his juris doctor and degree in comparative law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2025, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and was recognized as a three-time Dean’s Scholar. While at LSU Law, Troy was a member of LSU’s John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Team and competed nationally against other law schools. He also participated in LSU Law’s summer study abroad program in Lyon, France.
After graduation, Troy joined the firm in 2025 and primarily focuses on insurance defense, premises liability, and general civil litigation. Troy is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts. He is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association as well as the New Orleans chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
